Knowing that life is a multiplex of conscious choices
Knowing that emotion is a quantum of energy-state
Knowing that age is a material temporal-state
All choices are recorded in the Matrix
All emotion is expressed through Material interaction
All health can be thought of as change of oneself in time
For choices one can control, so the recordings are flat
For emotions one can control, so that energy is harmonious
For age one can control, so time only changes the material
To then make a choice is to know the outcome; Life Review
To then select an emotion is to match a frequency; Self Control
To then create good health is to focus the mind; Limit Change
For to have a good life is to make good choices and attenuate bad habits
For to be emotionally stable is to play coherent and harmonious tones of mind
For to age gracefully is to limit changes in the body over time and to control health
Observe the material to the meta: all is recorded, all is tone, all is timeless; Power of Threes

The Matrix is simply a multiplexed reality
Material manifested from Pure Energy
All so we can exist through this temporal experience
The Core of Reality is a Meta-Matrix of Data; A Life's Record

Emotions exist because we experience a being's material expression 

The material is our only observable truth of the being's nature 

Yet Emotions are the energy-state of a being; Meta-Data 

Knowing meta-data and energy-state is to define emotion; A Life's Quanta 

Age is the illusion of temporal change in the material
It is to make us believe that the present has changed
In actuality, this is simply meta-data applied to the material
Knowing meta-data and time is to define age/health; A Life's Material-State
